While processing an outbond delivery I get an error 'Subsequent function not possible due to credit block'.

If the delivery is blocked due to credit check, you can release it through VKM5. If the sales order is blocked due to credit check, use VKM3 to release it for subsequent processing. Alternatively you can use VKM4 for both.

Check in T.code FD32 the credit limit for this customer.increase it and process the same.Also try VKM3 and VKM4.
