Print output

Hi,

Client is complaining that invoice is raise 2 months back and the output is issued just today.I went to the ourput and traced that the invoice is printed 2 months back and showed them and they are asking for the Users who printed the outputs.

Can any help me out to trace the users who printed the output for the invoice.

Hi,

Select the output type and click communication method.There we can see the user who issued the output.

Hi,

We can view the user, select the output type and click on further data field there we can see the user in general tab.
