XI 3.0 error

Hi,

I am trying to open

http://58.2.248.65:50000/rep/start/index.jsp and displayed with an error message

Exception

An internal error occurred. Contact you XI administrator

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

Can any one please sugest resolution for this.

Hi,

Restart ur J2EE engine..

Ask ur basis guy to restart the java stack.

Testing the RFC connection to the SLD java client...

RFC ping returned exception with message:

Error opening an RFC connection.

Summary: Connection to SLD does not work

=> Check SLD function and configurations

Now checking access to the XI Profile

Properties of RFC destination LCRSAPRFC

RFC host: %%RFCSERVER%%

program id: LCRSAPRFC_PXI

gateway service: sapgw00

Hi Prashanth,

This error is related to the mismatch of SP level's of NWDS and WAS.

Your NWDS SP level is higher than WAS SP level.

Make use of NWDS SP level less than or equal to WAS SP level.

Hi,

first check weather java webstart is installed properly.

restart J2EE engine from SMICM t-code.

path from SMICM

goto->j2ee engine->restart.......

Hi Prashant,

Please see the following SAP note 591042 .,SAP Note 928038 this might solve the issue.

Check whether J2EE Engine is running & Make sure the SLDCHECK is fine Green color and try this one too Change to current date using SU01.

Hi,

Is this server in your landscape?

If so, delete all the imported files from cached folder using java web start application. And try again.

Ur java stack is down. Ask ur BASIS admin to restart the java stack
