SRM with Internal ITS

Hello All,

We have installed SRM 5.0 with CCM 2.0.Jst had some doubts as to if we are not using EP as the interface for SRM,then only would we need to configure the internal ITS ?And if we use EP then how much dependency would be on ITS configuration settings?

Hi,

even you would run SRM 5.0 in an EP environment you need the internal ITS from your SRM system. But please be aware that your EP would need a special SRM 5.0 content if you run SRM within the portal.

If you call your SRM application from the EP, you just call the service which is stored in your internal ITS.

Hi Disha,

if you want to use SRM 5.0 you have to configure integrated ITS. This is independent from Enterprise Portal.
