Percentage of Completion

Hi.

I'd like to ask how come I don't get a value for my Percentage of Completion (POC)?

Regarding configuration, I'm done with the following:

1. Progress Cost Element setting

2. Statistical Key Figure assignment

3. Measurement Method for PS elements

As to transactional:

I'm considering the addition of a Fixed Asset as a settlement receiver. Is that the one thing I'm lacking?

I'm done with PR, PO, GR process.

Do I have to make my WBS as "Asset under Construction"?

Moreover, is there an effect on the POC if I don't execute the settlement of the WBS?
