Work flow for quality notification

hi,

For quality notification i activated workflow template WS24500047. In that three tasks are there. how assignments to be done.

My scenario is quality person will raise notification. it should go production person and production person will send back to qc person. some times qc person will send to purchase department also. How users will be assigned.

Hi,

For all three tasks, it is very conveniant to assign ROLE or USER itself to the task.

But for that Purchse activity would be your new and separate task it self, for which you should new task, where you can assign the RULE for the Agent. That may make it optional as per your requriement.
