delivery issue

In vl10c...

when I do delivery for a combination of two sales orders

i could see only one line item...where as the other line item is missing..

why is it happening...what has to be done??

Dear SAP sd,

If you terms of payment, incoterms , plant, storage location of the material is different then you cannot deliver 2 sales order in one.

IF you see the delivery splitting rules ..

you will find the delivery can be grouped together only if the following things are same.

1. The ship to party.

2. terms of Payment.

3. Requested Delivery date.

The reason why you see there is only one line item is that you have created indivudial deliveries so you are see ing the delivereues with referernc eto tthe order which has online item./

Try with the Common points for creration of group deliveries.

Hi,

To have single delivery from multiple Sales Orders you have 2 waysto do it.

The prerequisites are,

A. All sales orders should have same ship to Party

B. Delivery due dates should be same.

C. Incoterms should also be same.

D. Shipping Point should be same.

Once this is ensured, you can either

1. Go to Tr. Code VL10A and execute the delivery document creation for the list of sales orders

Or,

2. Go to VL01N. Give 1st order no. enter into the overview screen

Here, go to main menu, Outbound Delivery ---> Collective Processing- Del. Creation

This will also take u to the same VL10A screen.

Please check if the SOLD to party is same and shipping point is same. May be if it is different it is picking the first order.

Hi,

To combine 2 sales orders with VL10..., create in background.

Check the data in header document : same ship-to, shipping point, delivery priority, ...
