WebDynpro Theme Editor

Hi,

I have few questions regarding the WebDynpro Theme Editor:

1. How do I enable the RTL support for the themes created by the Webdynpro Theme Editor (like using the RTL in the theme editor of the Portal)

2. I am using SP13, but can not find the WD Theme editor for SP13. The link in the note has expired. where can I download SP13 theme editor? is it OK to use SP14 theme editor?

3. how to I use the theme that I have created for a specific application and not from all WD applications?
