Is there any way I can Configure SAP to send emails when threshold values on CCMS are exceeded?

Is you system configured to send mails via SMTP? are the threasholds been exceeded? Is you CCMS config done correctly???
Yes the system is configured for mails via STMP.
Yes, threshhold values ar exceeded.
What do you mean by "Is you CCMS config done correctly?"
I mean exactly that...
Have you review the steps in the document? if nothing is happening there must be an error or something to hold from.
Try to send a message from transaction SO00. If the message is reaching the recipient then the mail are configured.
Otherwise you have have configure it using transaction SCOT.
You can check the logs for messages from transaction SOST.
Also check for the job for program RSCONN01 if it configured?
