How to change Vendor Name of Development Component?

Suppose I created a DC with Vendor com.xxx Now, I need to change it to com.yyy

Hi Nikhil,

Have never tried with this. So take proper backup before implementing it.

There is a file .dcdef inside DC project folder(You can see it in Navigator view). All values are stored in xml format. There is a tag <vendor>. I think you can change vendor name there in that tag.

TC : xk02 and tick the 4 options.

and then change wht you want.

This is no way related to R/3.

I am talking about WebDynpro java development component vendor name.
