Can anybody pls provide conf settings related to Real estate business( with contract without delivery).

The senarios like

1.Residential flats sale through Milestone billing

2 Commercial Malls sale through Milestone billing

3.Bill of service

4. lease sales.

It is very uegent reqt,can u pls replr ASAP.

Hi

Real Estate Business process is two types

1. Launch process (Booking)

2. Prelaunch Process (Registration)

Launch Business process starts with

Business entitysales unitpayment plan(inqury)booking(sales oder)Billing(milestone billing).

prelaunch process stars with

Business entitysalesunitregistration(quotation)ypcallbilling

In both process order related billing no delivery

Business entity: the name and adress of the project

Sales unit : no of plats in a tower

payment plan: miesstone details( i.e inquiry in SD)

Booking & Registration: these are sales order & Quotation in SD

Ypcall: calling to customer to pay the amount

In this process Real estate module and SD module are interlinking

In case of lease outs:

REFX - Master data

REFX - Contract

REFX - Conditions

is what you need to explore... please send some scenarios. will help you with lease outs...

If it is sales you can meet this through RE Sales....

Milestone billing can be done through payment plans/ billing plans in SD...for real estate
