how to create sales order

I am having creating sales order in sd . Please explain in detail the procedure for the same

Hi sam

After creating sales order VA01 , you will do delivery VL01N , then you will do (Picking , packing and PGI) and then Billing VF01

VA01 -> VL01N -> VF01
