SRM screens via Portal

Hi,

We access SRM screens via portal and now we have a requirement where we need to add some hard text on the SC portal screen, so my question is, who does it, portal/webdynro guy or SRM guy??

Aleem,

If you are putting text in the SRM screen then it has to be done in the SRM applications by SRM technical resource. It is done in HTML scripts till SRM 5.0. SRM 6.0 onwards it is in webdynpro.

If text is on Portal screen then it should be done by portal resource.

Thanks, but I am confused the Shopping cart screen is an SRM screen but it is accessed via portal, so do I need to change SRM SC template ?? and what are portal screens ?

Sorry for confusion, changes to SRM screens have to be done on SRM templates, which have to done in SRM applications.
