AlphaNumeric Key Generation

Hi Forum,

The current qualifed ranges enables us to generate keys which are numeric.

We have the remote systems where in keys are maintained in alphanumeric format.

How can we accomplish the range A000001 to Z999999 using key generation.

Any workaround to solve this puzzle will be highly appreciated.

Hi Madan,

Try this and let me also know if this workaround works.

1. Generate the key as numeric.

2. Then try an Assigment in the Data Manager to Concatenate the Alpla to the numeric key.
