Hi

I have one sender and 8 receivers exists in the scenario i have developed.

I have removed one receiver from receiver determination and deleted corresponding interface deter and recvr agreement

Later I have bundled that as a tpz file ( from ID > export all objects of a scenario ) and im trying to activate after editing cc params.

Now, its generating error message that CC missing, Receiver agreement missing, interface determination missing of that 8th receiver, which is no longer existing in neither my Business service list nor in Recvr determination list.

Guide me Where could be the problem?

regards,

nikhil.

Hi Gabriel,

There is nothing that is missing in my scenario.

All the required objects are existing. But it says one Int Deter, Recv Agre is missing for the service that is not listed in Recvr determination.

Hey

Try activating the objects individually and see if you can activate them.

it will most probably tell you the object due to which change list is not activated, rest all the objects will be activated without errors.

Once you know the object then you can look into it and see why you are having the issue.

Thanx

Hi Aamir,

I am getting the error message "Unable to move object. Change lists were not part of the same import" if i try to activate indivizual objects.

I am sure, i can solve this if that error messages can be got rid off

I cant understand where is it referring those objects from

any idea? !!!

Hi Nikhil,

Some where it gone wrong in Server A while deleting & Activating the objects

Do one thing, in Server B

Do remember that reject change list as of now which is there in ID already in Server B

1) Import one more .tpz file into ID

2) Enter the Taget URL For CC

3) Check all the Receiver Determinations which u have Imported into ID

Open Receiver Det--In Configuration Overview of Receiver Determination-

Check For Interface Determination & Receiver Agreement is Present or NOT in all the Receiver Determinations

Then if it is not there means Enter those & Activate NOW

Hi Nikhil,

We can see the deleted object while exporting from any system.

Now the trick is export those objects also take to the other system and delete there.

Hope this will solve your problem.

Reward Points if helpful

Thanks

Hi Nikhil,

Old trick try this........After deleting the receiver agreement and determnation etc...you have to activate the deleted objects in Change list. So,it will be completely deleted.

Reward points if this helps

Hi nikhil,

Try this..

Make sure that deletion is happened properly, check deleted objects are still existed in you ID,

go to SXI_cache and do delta refresh ,

some times cache refresh may be taking long time..

Hi,

I have exported the scenario to a different server.

where does the cache refresh question arise?

I have exported after deleting and activating from server A

and imported to a server B

I dont see the deleted objects in Objects tab in Server B

first it wud hit RD and it will check for ID and RA only after it. am I correct?

when the Service is not listed as target structure how is it asking for RA and ID?

Please guide
