Cannot remote login at SM59 via ITS

1) We are accessing DEV using ITS : http://<DEV-FQDN>:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui

2) then on the same screen go to DEV's SM59

3) double click QAS

4) click "remote logon"

Nothing happens.

Please advise if this is possible. Thanks!

Do you have SAPGui in the pc?... anyhow maybe its trying to access QAS via ITS... whats the scenario?

We have SAPgui on my PC.

1) via SAPgui, at DEV's SM59, we can remote logon QAS;

2) via ITS, at DEV's SM59, we can NOT remote logon QAS -- just nothing happens after double click QAS's

"remote logon" button.

Please advise also check you system. Thanks!
