Delivery split for BOM

Hi,

i am facing an issue related to BOM at deliveries.

I have a BOM which is made up of sub item 1 (1 quantity) and sub item 2(quantity 2).

I place an order for BOM =10

Subitem1=10

Subitem2=20

After availability system confirms BOM =10

Subitem1=10

Subitem2=10

Since I had maintained delivery group in BOM item category system should show delivery quantities as BOM =5

Subitem1=5

Subitem2=10

But in delivery it is showing BOM =5

Subitem1=10

Subitem2=10

Please suggest me for solution

Hi

I guess, the delivery grouping is not happening properly. If we configure delivery group, then the system confirms/propose schedule lines for the date on which all the subitems are available. Hence please check the configuration for delivery group.

Hi Ravi,

Delivery group (X) had been maintained for BOM item category.

When I do not process these materials with batches system is copying correct quantities in delivery, but if I process with batches then this problem occurs

I.e. BOM u2013 5 (with out batch)

subitem1 -5

subitem2- 10

BOM u2013 5 (with batch)

subitem1 -10

subitem2- 10

Please suggest me where i have to correct in the configuration to do partial deliveries of bom based on the availability of materials with out distrubing the bom structure(I.e BOM u2013 5

subitem1 -5

subitem2- 10
