Syndicating files from Workflow with .CSV extension ?

Hi,

I would like to know how to Syndicate files to a port with .CSV extension.

The requirement is that the MDM records be sydicated via a workflow in CSV format.

As far as I know, Syndicator syndicates the files in FLAT file format with the user's choice of delimiters. But the syndicated files have got a .txt extension.

Is there a way to configure the Syndication Map so that the syndication files have .csv extension ?

One easy way to do this would be to write a batch script (windows) or unx script that changes the file extension.

I dont think syndicator have this kind of settings.

As of the current version of the Syndicator we need to have a batch program running that repeatedly queries for new .txt files created by Syndicator in the target directory and changes their extensions to .csv
