CUA: Deletion of roles and profiles after copying an User

Hi there,

we run a CUA on NW7.0 SPS14 ABAP and have a big problem.

For new users we have a template user, that we use to copy for it.

After the copy is done, the roles and profiles from the template user are missing,

so we have to reassign the roles or remake a roleassignment from transaction SCUG for this template users in each clientsystems.

Does anyone know this problem too?

In april, the CUA-System was upgraded from 6.10 to NW7.0. Could be there the problem?

In our testsystem we don´t get this error, but haven´t a activated CUA in the testscenario.

the cause is a SAP software-bug. Pls refer to note #1117530....

There is another one (note not released yet): SAP note #1170022

It is causing dataloss, if the source of the copy has a reference user assigned, all the roles of that reference will be lost. This note shall be availabel soon /tomorrow or friday...
