Deleted products in CCM catalog

Hi everybody,

i,d created a product catalog by using /CCM/MASTER_CATALOG. I'd load a first schema with a few products in it.

After that, i load a new schema with some new categories below.

Initial products was manually deleted from catalog, but now when i search in catalog, this deleted products are still there.

Can everyone help me?

Hi,

Go to this table /CCM/D_CTLG_REQ and find out if there any inactive versions for you catalog. If so use the below mentioned report to unlock/delete the unwanted entries.

Use this report with SE38 transaction /CCM/CLEANUP_CATALOG and find out if your master catalog is locked. Use only for inactive versions for this or else all your products will be deleted!!!!!

Then check your catalog from the browser for the issue you faced.

I'd implemented note 1154194, but problem is not yet corrected.

I'll create a message, now.

There was some related notes. Now, my problem is solved.

Hi Sara,

there is a bug in the system. Please implement the note 1154194.

This should correct this.

Next time you should create a SAP message too.

Hi,

i deleted an inactive version of my catalog but deleted products are still there.

I upload my schema with a CSV 2.0 file, but products was created manually because files didn´t work.

So, first i upload the new schema and publish, after that, i deleted products manually from catalog and publish again.

Hi,

While you publish there are options like publish entire catalog and publish changes.

Which one you selected?

Did you see the publish log where you have all greens and no red lights in it?

You have loaded via csv, which type of load appears in the first line of the file. Update or full

When did you delete the products manually? before last load? Products were in the second file you loaded?
