Hi

This is possible in smart forms

For this u need to simply create a smart style. and need to create a pragraph format(G1) -> numbering and outline tab -> numbering type ->list -> I , II ,III .....

And create under G1 create another paragraph format (G2) do the same procedure as u did with G1.

Now header data -> standard settings -> G1

This style can be called in SF's where evr necessary

This gives u format in tree structure.
