Hi,

can anybody pls provide me what questions to be ask to the

client for ASIS process.

Dear Rahul,

In general, we dont ask any thing for ASIS process, because, client will give a BRD Document (Business Requirment Design Document) in which they mention the following things

1. Everything about the client present process

2. What they want to change it

3. What will be the impact with that change

4. who are the responsible persons or users will be effected

We will gothrough this document and understand what exactly client wants to see.

And based on this document, if we are unable to understand anything then we will have a meeting with client or we can sent a clarification document to client on which we need clarifications.

Then we have to assess Whether it can be done as it is in SAP or not. It it is not then we create a GAP ANALYSIS report in which we mention where the gap is.

And we also create a TO BE process document based on their AS IS, and present to the client, and once we get the confirmation from the client then SIGNOFF will be done between client and company, we start doing changes according to the client.

Hi rahul

AS IS process is nothing but we willbe understanding the current bussiness process that process satndard sap can we able to map or not we will study.

if something cannot be done we will communnicate to the client (gap).

after that TOBE process going to start .
