Material Master - External material group field transfer to SRM

We are able to transfer Materails to SRM using standard procedure

But we want to trasnfer Extrenal Material group field values of R/3 material master to SRM

How can we add this specific field while transferring material master to SRM

Hi. I do not think this field exists in SRM, so it may not be possible to replicate it over as standard.

What do you want to use the field for? It might be possible to RFC to get the data at the right time or something.

Thanks for the suggestion. We are thinking on the same as a alternate.

We want to use think field for Vendor list creation which has specific logic link to this field. We can't use Material group of R/3 as that is already getting used for different purpose in R/3.

So we are looking option to trasfer this field to SRM
