IGS_SOFT for HP-UX IA64 where is ?

We are installing the Sap Central Instance for BW31C (based on Web As

620) on HP-Ux IA64 and the Sapinstask us the IGS_SOFT:640:IGS* HP-UX

IA64 cd, that it's not included into the installation package.

We try to find it on Sapnet, but it seems the IGS it's not available

for HP-UX IA64.

Note 458731 says that for BW < 3.5 we should use the IGS based on

Windows; and so it is not clear why the sapinst is asking us now a CD

during the installation on Unix, and do not allows us to go ahead

without it.

According this we suspect that note 458731 is not updated.

In any case we are not able to find the IGS installation package on the

installation CD and the installation guide does not says where to find

it.

NOte 454042 indicate the note 732502 for the standalone installation on

Unix, but this note does not exist.

Any idea ?

Hi there,

Please check for folder IGS_SOFT on your Java component DVDs.
