define system for attachment (problem with BBP_PDATT )

Hello

We have done a refresh from production environment to testing environment. And now, i'm not able to create a shopping card with attach document. In fact in table BBP_PDATT we have logical system define with production environment.

What is the customizing missing?

if you've done a system copy from production environment to test environment, did you run the BDLS afterwards (check with you basis) ?

check SICF (Maintain service).

in that check the following service actived properly with log on data (/default_host/sap/ebp/docserver).
