Sreenivas is absolutely true , that u might have consumed all the items in the specific PO. Now there are no more items in the PO for which GRN should be done.

Could this mean there are no open item for which you can do receipting.
All the items in the PO could have been delivered.

Check whether PO is released in ME23N in Header-Status tab. If reqd release it thru ME29N.
