Communication Channel locked

Hi...All,

i am trying to do some changes in my receiver communication channel, it was showing is already locked in another change list by user XXXXX If necessary, you can reassign the other user's change list to yourself.

but i am not found any locks in my system

how can i solve this error, pls suggest me..

Goto Change List, Diaplay for All users. Check if ur channel is present there. If yes, then transport it to ur username. Then activate/delete it.

Hi,

The reason is particular user not yet activated the change list.

In ID change list tab> search that user > find relevant communication channel >right click > transfer

Goto the admin option from XI Home page and remove the locks and that should solve the problem.

Hi,

Go to Change lists.

Right click on proper object and say transfer.

Hope it works.

Check in lock overview wether it has locked or not....

If yes unlock the object..

PATH:

in the main browser, click on administration->on the left handside you can find lock overview-> click on it........you can see your object which is locked on your userid.select it and click on the button(unlock or remove selected locks)....

Hi,

Go to administration in this url

http://<host name>:<port name>/rep/support/admin/index.html

In administration of locks and caches click on lock overview

U can select your object and click on remove selected locks push button.
