HI,
you have to create the profile for this and assigned in , Q info record , in that profile you have to set the cycle flow , and on that basis the inspection lot will be created, for sample approval you have to configure a inspction type and then assign the inspection type to status profile , after this you have to active this inspction for the particular material to be inspected, both inspection sample as well as regular , then lot will automatically trigred on the basis of status profile .
