Hi,
I want to set-up Support team determination via SAP component for service desk, Now System can automatically assigned to the support team, But there is no automatical determination of the message processor intended.
Please help me.

In the SAP standard configuration of the service desk scenario there is no automatical determination of the message processor intended.
The determination of the support team the respective action (e.g. SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER) with the assigned rule AC13200137 is delivered and can be used.
I have been set-up Support team determination via SAP component for service desk according note 616946.
Now I create new message from the satellite systems, I can find this new message in solution manager and this new message will be auto assigned to the priority 02.
I think new message should be assigned to the priority 01.
Other question: I want to set-up automatical determination of the message processor when the new message create form the satellite systems. Can you tell me how to set-up.
