I need some urgent help. Our system is not function as expected at the moment. Some BC Sets were activated on Friday through transaction SM_CONFIG_REP. The end results is that our testers' workbench now seems to be broken. What I mean by this is that in the Subject drop down list in STWB_WORK our configured subjects are not available, however when going in through CRMD_ORDER they are
What could be the cause of this and what steps would I need to resolve this. This is causing our testing not to continue.
Note that the subjects displayed are the customized subjects that are in the relevant table in SPRO -> IMG -> CRM -> Transactions -> Settings for Complaints -> Settings for Subjects -> Define Subject Profile

What do you see when you go to STWB_SETTING, select the radio button Status Definition and click change. Add your value back if the were whiped out.
edit: ooops I misread your problem. This is for statuses.
