How to get a Hardcopy of configurations?

Hi

We have an SAP ECC6 system where a lot of configuration has been done. Now we are in the process of deleting it and creating a new system. But before doing so we need a hard copy of all the configuration that has been done in that system from this SAP system. Even though we have a backup we need a hardcopy.

There are atleast 2000 transports and most of them are customizing.

Any suggestions or replies highly appreciated.

Hi Mohammed ,

Need to clarify , if your need the hard copy of all the customizing Request with configuration description for a particular system,

stms>import overview> select the system--> print

it will work only if spool is configured in your system. or else follow the below method.

stms>import overview> select the system for which you want the confi details-->select import history

Now press Ctrl+y , then select all the request which is affordable in that page.

right click> save to pc file> spread sheet> provide path and file name.xls> print

By this way you can take the hard copy of 2000 CR's in 10 to 12 attempts.
