Configuring mails from SAP to Mailbox

I am configuring mails to my e ma il address.

I am getting the error

Definition

A message was sent by the application. The status of the message is 'Waiting'.

Use

The message is in the queue. The SAPconnect send process will send the message during the next run.

and status text as Wait for communications service

The SCOT is testing successful.

Please let me know of what can be the reason for the same

Hello Balaji,

In order to automatically send the report you need to schedule the report RSCONN01 with mode value as INT to run in background at periodic intervals.

This report is already scheduled to run every minute

So even then are mails not going out. Also are you sure that is scheduled in the relevant client (s).

i have scheduled the job in Client 100

But still mails are not going out

Hi

Please check if you entered, domain address in SCOT configuration. And correct SMTP server ip.

I have entered the correct ip address of the SMTP Server.

I have checked the same wiht the R/3 Production , where the Mails are working fine.

Also check the " .com" domain you have entered in SCOT configuration.

Usually, it consist of company name in it.

I have specified my e ma il address as <name>@<company>.com
