Problem with Adobe LifeCycle Designer and NWDS

Hi,

I have a Problem using the LifeCycle Designer in NWDS. The LifeCycle Designer is installed but every time I am trying to start it from the NWDS there is an error - Could not find the required product. Install SAP Interactive Forms - Adobe LiveCycle Designer...... .

Does anybody have an idea?

I had the same issue so the helpdesk guy had to to completely remove everything SAP related and then install the full SAP GUI then SAP Netweaver.

Please let me know if that works...

Hi,

I had the same issue.

the versions were these:-

ALCD->8.1

NWDS->7.0.114

whenever I was trying to edit the interactive form the same error was thrown.

So I removed the Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.1 from my machine.

Installed Adobe LiveCycle Designer 7.1 in place.

Now it is working fine.

Don't know the exact reasons why it was not working, but still keeping a copy of the 7.1 in your machine will help.

Hi Milen,

Try to uninstall the existing Adobe Life Cycle designer and reinstalling it again. In Add Remove programs, select the NWDS and uninstall the Adobe Lifecycle Designer component from there.

After this, install the Adobe life cycle designer individually,.
