How to solve a run time error issue? this error occurs by clicking on PGI

You will have to read the dump in transaction code ST22. The dump tries to explain what went wrong and the resolution path.

If you are having Run time issues in SAP standard then it could be because of some User exit / routines that has been customised leading to this - as Keerthi had informed earlier, please check the ST22 log and analyze the error with the help of your ABAP developer - you should be able to id the problem and get it corrected

Just tell your abaper to debug the same.

He will only be able to know why dump is coming,
