How to attach Invoice Docs in pdf format to the Billing docs & archive them

Hi Archiving Experts,

I am archiving the Billing documents for my client. The new requirement that i have got is that i neeed to attach the Invoice documents as PDF format and then attach it to the billing document .Then later when its done, i need to archive the Billing document.

I know the process of configuring ( RV_LIKP) Billing document andarchiving it. But i am not sure how to convert the Invioce in pdf format and attach it to its corresponding billing document and then archive it.

Kindly help.

Invoice can be generated into pdf by creating spool request and that request is to be convert in pdf.

At the sender side, use abap proxy to send ur doc as attachment

(if it is an SAP system)
