posting period 2

Dear SAPpers,

I 've already fixed the postings periods for my company code 0007 from 11/2006 to 12/2006. Now by Clicking on the PGI i face the same error like "Posting only possible in period 12/2006 and 2006/11 in company code 0007" Is there maybe anything to change in Vl02n?

Hi

Current period is 05/2008 and your period is 11/2006

If you trying to do PGI in 11/2006 or 12/2006 then getting this error though you have opened that period then check the document date and posting date

else you need to do exercise of opening and closing for every month from 12/2006 to 05/2008 to open the current period

goto T.Code mmpv give company code from 2006 to till this keep on close it .you won't find this error in delivery.

there is nothing else you have to do .

if it works don't forget to reward.

Hi....

Please go and check the period in T Code MMPV u will find the current period. Then pl go to Tcode MMRV to open the current period.

There is nothing to change in Vl02n.

Goto transaction MMPV enter your company code and close all the period till current period.

After closing all the peroids you will be able to post goods issue.

current period is 2 2009 so you will have to close the till 2 2009

THis will solve your problem
