Hi Jurjen,

it's for security at the network. Because of a security audit it is nessecary to use some zones at the network. Very important there is our productiv SAP-ABAP-System.

If you want your system and users in different zones you may want to do a search on 'saprouter' in the forums.

Hi,

try this one:

[Network Zones|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/8d/f3da779bd02c4fa54fda5d6944f2d6/frameset.htm]

Multiple hits when searching at help.sap.com with 'DMZ'

Perhaps you are referring to logon zones (system field sy-zonlo)?

Take a look at the system fields in the structure SYST. There are a few ZON* fields which you can search help.sap.com or service.sap.com for.

Cheers,
