load: class query not found in the service PZ21_TC in integrated ITS

Hi Experts,

In the portal which displays the service PZ21_TC in integrated ITS we are getting a page like "Enter some file attributes" with message 'Please wait. You will automatically be forwarded. This page had to be included for technical reasons.'

This is getting displayed while we click on a browse button which was supposed to open a dialog box for selecting file from the PC.

In the bottom we are also getting a message "load: class query not found".

Anyone experienced such a problem before.

Any valuable suggestion will be rewarded.

the Internet Services WEBGUI and SYSTEM - are they published? Are all templates and mime file caches invalidated via TX SITSPMON? I am asking especially for the JAR file under IAC/{99|SL}/APPLETS/WS.JAR.

Looking at the document's source code or to an HTTP trace, what is the URL of the applet referring to?

Thank you for your reply. I think the url for the applet is http://xxxxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx:xxxxx/sap/public/bc/its/mimes/webgui/SL/applets/ws.jar

It looks like it wants to get something like "http://xxxxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxxt:xxxx/sap/public/bc/its/mimes/webgui/SL/applets/Query.class" and which does not exist.

in case the JAR file ws.jar is found the class file Query.class automatically is available since it is contained in ws.jar.

Can you request and open the file ws.jar? Or is it damaged?
