Hi Samir,

Most of the org units come under SAP FICO module. FICO consultants define the org structure with the inputs/help of all other modules.

hi samir,

The Organizational units such as company code, Chart Of accounts, credit Control Area, Controlling area, Operation Concern are mapped by FI team people,

Sales Org, Dist. Chan, Divisions, Sales office n all are mapped by SD team,

Plant, Warehouse, purchasing are mapped by MM and PP consultants

so it is not like that only specific module team will deifne organizational units depends on area

Wish is right .

It's actually the purpose required

for example : - For the financial requirement - FICO,

Sales - SD

Marketing - CRM

Projects - PS

Every module can have it's org it is decided in the begining as to which will be the leading system and hence the org's are creted in that , once done the other modules simply either download or creted the same org's.
