Attachment file name in Shopping Cart

Hi,

We are facing the issue with the attachment file name.

1) Attachments are not transfering to the backend (PR or PO) when the file name of the attcahment is exceeding 40 chars including the file Extension in the shopping cart ie (36 + .xls).

2) If possible please let me know what is the table & field that stores the (FILE NAME) of the attachment, in the shopping cart.
