Deletion of cancelled lots from the qa32

Dear Guru's,

I want to know how to delete the cancelled lot generated while cancellation of cofirmation of Production order or Migo from the qa32 status list.

Hardeep,

Here's what you need to do.

1. Goto transaction BS42 and create a selection profile INSPLOT. Input the LTCA in the field status and tick the checkbox "not".

2. While executing the report QA32, input the above created selection profile INSPLOT, it will display all the lots which are not cancelled.

Hi ,

U can not delete these canceled inspection lots.

Only thing u can do is that u can crete ur own selection profile with reqiurd status for inspection lot selection(QA32)
