PI configuration Error.

Hello All,

I am doing the configurations of PI system.

But I am getting the error in the below mention step.

Step : "Change Management Service (CMS): Create an Application Skeleton"

and the error is.

"Validation Error: Communication with the CMS failed. Ensure that the URL is correct, that the CMS is up an running, and that the given user has administrative access rights for the CMS [HTTP response "Not Found" from CMS server "http://pidev:50000/"]"

host is "pidev"

Changed the values in Namespaces.
