Is there any User exist/Badi/Bapi to be used in Appropriation request

Dear All,

Please do not hesitate to put some ideas in this thread.

My question is :

Is there any user exist/badi /bapi can be used in appropriation request to put some customer data /message when approval reject / approve an Appropriation request.

In another words, Approval can put some reason why an appropriation request is approved or rejected. If they didnt put some text, it cannot be saved.

Please advice.

I have gone thru the documentation but didnt find any relevant for your requirement. Is this requirement to be addressed thru workflow: Just a guess.

Hi Shrikant,

Yes. It normally link to workflow.

The scenario is :

1st. There is an applicant to create Appropriation request. Once it release. It is required approval.

2nd. Then it will go to 1st level approval. Let say the 1st approval will reject / approve the AR, before he/she click the reject / approve but he/she must be key in some message (the reason of approval/ rejection) in the new field (could be created from User exits)

3rd. If he/she didnot key in the reason then the AR cannot be saved.
