Hi Gurus,

We use third party system for contracts, But we want to store contract number as part of SAP document.

We use external system for contract system and each contract will have a number.

By the time user take the order he should be able to enter contract number also, Where can i provide that?

Dear ANil,

A seperate field can be created with the help of Abapers for entering the contract No. if the contract no is used only for reference.

you can also maintain the same in header text or in item text

YOu can use the additional feilds which are given in the order entry screen.

And with the help of variant configuration you can make the feilds appear in the order entru screen.
