Stress Testing

Is there any way to perform a stress test on an SAP system without using an external tool (like Mercury Loadrunner).

I think we can do it using eCATT, is it possible?

If so, kindly guide me through the process.

Is there any other method other than eCatt??

what kind of stress test? Do you want to call SAP transactions or do you want to test HTTP communicaton?
