SLFN Message Processing

When creating Support Messages through the Help menu on our landscape, they are no longer showing in the transaction Monitor when narrowing down transaction type SLFN. They are all showing as SLF1 transactions. This was working before but now it is not working. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

This is how to setup messages to correspond with the SLF1 transaction. My problem is that I have SLFN messages being created but they are being categorized as SLF1. Is there a setup guide of any sort?
