How to setup an external HTTP Content ?

What are non SAP solutions available ?

How to develop his own-solution of http content server ? (API, Protocole like FTP HTTP Webdav, etc...)

hi

first you install the content server on database.

then configure it by csadmin , for that you need content repository and storage catagory by using oac0 and oact t code.

you can test the content server working or not by

http://<hostname>:<portno.>/ContentServer/ContentServer.dll?serverInfo

if the server is working you will get

content server status is running.

I guess the qestion is why eoulf you want to bother with a third party content server. SAP delivers a fine content server that is designed to work with SAP products.

You can build the links to the content server using transaction CSADMIN.
