sold to party is different with ship to party

I would like see

My customer number is (sold to party) 10000

I want see how many ship to parties this sold party is

If the user created any sales order

10000 sold to party.

20003 ship to party where can I see.

i want to create a order sold paty 10000

i dont know ship to paty

is it possible in knvv?

Hello,

If you want to see the ship-to-party assignment in the order, go to VA03 --> Header --> Partner tab.

In the sold-to-party master record also you may find the ship-to-party assignment. Go to XD03 --> 10000 --> Sales area data --> Partners.

If for a sold to party there are a number of sh to parties, than during order creation itself a pop up comes asking you to select the sh to parties.

If you want to see the different partners, execute the customer in table KNVP.

you can know the different ship to parties assigned to a sold to party as,

1. through VD03 - sales area data - partners tab

2. while creating the after entering the SP number, if that particular SP has more than one Ship to parties assigned that in the customer master, then the system automatically proposes the list of the SH(pop up message) to select from the list. If it is defaulted, you can also view them in that SH field by clicking F4.
