Hello,

You have to configure fields for extraction of items @ IMG\FICA\Integration\Business Intelligence\Define fields for extraction of items.

OI are available from the table DFKKOP.

Of course cleared values too are available in DFKKOP. You have to ensure DFKKOP-AUGST = 9 for cleared item....#9 for OI

Look into below tables

DFKKOPBW OI Extraction

DFKKOPW Items in contract account document

Also look into below T-Codes

FPBW = Extract OIs

FPCIBW = Extract Cleared items

FPCLBW = Extract Collection items

FPIPBW = Extract Installment plans

FPBWS = Administration of extracts

FPBWD = Delete extracts
