Dear all ,
The Retroactive billing tick ( the field next to 'Perform Termination' indicator in JK02 ) is not added for the Subcription orders with Advance billing tick in liability account for those orders that are terminated by Monitoring (JKRM) according to monitoring procedure.
Please Help On this.
Regards,
Nikhil.

Hello,
if a Renewal Subscribtion not paid, then it will be canceled automatically by the monitoring.
In this case a retroactive billing is not possible independent if a advanced billing was createt or not.
In this cas the billing document must canceled.
I hope that the information are helpful.
Regards
Claudia

IS-M: Retroactive Billing of Period Already Billed
If this indicator is selected, the system performs retroactive
accounting for a period for which billing took place in advance.
Use
When a permanent change is made to an order item within the advance
billing period, you can determine in order processing whether or not
retroactive accounting is to be performed for the period changed.
It is also possible to perform retroactive accounting when the
subscription is terminated before the end of the period for which
billing has been performed.
Example
o If the delivery type is changed from home delivery to post, you can
perform retroactive accounting to calculate shipping costs for the
part of the period that follows the change.
